Partners from 2019 still with us

20+ agency partners

Agencies, not end clients

20+ in-house team

Nothing subcontracted

$500 per location/mo

One price, everything included

How the partnership runs

$500 per location, per month. One plan. No tiers, no upsells, no setup fee.

  • Onboarding starts day one. Not a two-week kickoff queue.
  • Zero client contact. We never email, call, or join a call with your client unless you ask.
  • Your logo on every report. 13x13 geo-grid, branded PDF, your sign-off.
Who this is for

Built for agencies, not for end clients

We only work with agencies, consultants, and marketing firms. We have never sold local SEO directly to a business owner, and we have not changed that in nine years. It is not a policy written for this page. It is the entire business model, and it is why you can hand us a client without wondering what happens in month seven.

Good fit if you:

  • Sell local SEO but fulfill it inconsistently or not at all
  • Have 3 or more local clients and no dedicated SEO hire
  • Want to add local SEO to an existing web design, PPC, or social retainer
  • Are losing local deals because you have no answer for “who does the work”

Not a fit if you:

  • Are a business owner looking for your own local SEO. We will refer you out.
  • Want one-off work with no retainer
  • Need us on client calls under your brand from day one. Possible, but a separate arrangement.

Any local vertical you sell to.

Dentists, law firms, HVAC, plumbers, roofers, electricians, med spas, chiropractors, veterinarians, restaurants, gyms, auto shops, real estate, home services, professional services. Local search mechanics are the same across verticals. What changes is competitive density, review velocity, and which queries actually convert, and we adjust for that at onboarding rather than running a template.

The problem

Local SEO is easy to sell and hard to keep

Most agencies do not lose local SEO clients because the strategy was wrong. They lose them becausenothing shipped in month three.

You sold the retainer. Then the GBP posts stopped, the citation audit never got cleaned up, the report was a rank-tracker export with your logo on it, and the client asked what they were paying for.

Hiring is not the fix at four clients. It is a $60,000 a year cost against maybe $5,000 a month in revenue, and you spend six months training before it pays.

Outsourcing usually fails differently. The vendor was a reseller who resold to another reseller. Nobody could answer a technical question. You found out when your client’s Google Business Profile got suspended.

We are the fulfillment layer. Not a reseller, not a marketplace, not a software dashboard with a services tab. Since 2017.

What you get

Everything included at $500 per location

One plan. This is all of it.

01

Google Business Profile Management

  • Full profile optimization: categories, services, attributes, description, products
  • 4 service posts per month, written and published weekly
  • 2 offer posts per month when the client has a live offer to promote
  • Photo uploads as your client supplies them, no monthly cap
  • Q&A seeding and monitoring
  • Review response drafting, sent to you for approval
  • Suspension prevention audit at onboarding, plus reinstatement handling if it happens
02

Geo-Grid Rank Tracking

  • 13 x 13 grid. 169 tracking points. 1 mile spacing.
  • Covers a 12 by 12 mile area around the client’s location
  • Monthly refresh, delivered as a visual your client can read without explanation

Most providers track a 7×7 grid, or a single centroid position. A 13×13 at 1-mile spacing shows exactly where map pack ranking breaks down across a service area, which is the difference between “we’re ranking” and “we’re ranking in the three neighborhoods that matter.”

03

Organic and AI Answer Visibility Tracking

  • Organic keyword tracking for the client’s non-map-pack rankings, tracked alongside the grid
  • AI answer visibility monitoring: whether the client gets named in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini answers for their services and market
  • All three reported monthly in the same branded PDF, so your client sees one picture instead of three

Map pack position is no longer the whole story. A share of local intent now resolves in an AI answer or an AI Overview before anyone scrolls to a map. If you only report grid position, you are reporting on a shrinking share of how customers actually find your client.

04

Citations and Listings

  • Top 30 citations built in month one. Manual submission, core and niche directories.
  • 5 new citations every month after
  • NAP audit and duplicate listing removal requests
  • Data aggregator submissions
  • Full URL list delivered so you can verify every placement
05

Pages and On-Page SEO

  • 4 pages per month. Location pages, service pages, or service-plus-city pages, your call.
  • LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQPage schema implementation
  • Internal linking between service and location pages
  • Title, meta, and heading optimization
  • Technical audit at onboarding: crawl, index, Core Web Vitals
06

Content

  • 2 blog posts per month, written for local intent
  • Mapped to People Also Ask and real customer questions in the vertical
07

Link Acquisition

  • 2 links per month, mixed authority: a blend of DA 20+, DA 30+ and DA 40+ placements

  • Every link sits on a real website with real traffic and a real audience
  • No PBNs. No link farms, no sites built for the sole purpose of selling links.
  • Live URL delivered on placement, so you can check every single one yourself
08

Digital PR

  • 1 press release per quarter, written and distributed for your client
  • Announcement-worthy angles: new locations, service launches, awards, community work, hiring
  • Syndicated pickup reported with the live URL list
09

White Label Reporting

  • Branded monthly PDF with your logo, colors, and sign-off
  • Geo-grid visuals your client can actually understand
  • Plain-English summary written for a business owner, not an SEO
  • Delivered to you by the 5th. Never sent to your client directly.
How we approach it

A Google Business Profile is an entity, not a listing

Most local SEO is done as a checklist. Fill in the categories, build the citations, post a few times a month, send the report.

That approach worked when Google matched strings. It matches entities now.

A Google Business Profile is a node in Google’s Knowledge Graph. It has attributes, and it has relationships to other entities: a service, a place, a category, a set of competitors, a website. Ranking in a map pack is the output of Google being confident about what that node is and how it relates to everything around it. Citations are not a checkbox. They are independent sources corroborating the same facts about the same entity. That is why consistency across sources moves rankings and volume alone does not.

We build campaigns around that:

Explicit relationships, not implied ones.

Pages state what the business is, what it does, and where it does it, in language a parser can extract. Not “your trusted partner in comfort.” Instead: “Northside Air is an HVAC contractor serving Fort Worth and surrounding areas.”

Consistency across every source we control or earn.

The same facts, the same attributes, the same categories, everywhere. A citation that describes the business differently is a weak claim, not a strong one.

Schema as disambiguation, not decoration.

LocalBusiness and Service markup exists to tell Google which entity this is, not to trigger a rich snippet.

Answer-shaped content.

Content written to be extracted and cited, because that is how a page ends up quoted in an AI Overview or named in a ChatGPT answer.

This is why we track AI answer visibility, not just map position. When a model can corroborate what a business is and where it operates, it recommends it. When the picture is fragmented across fifty inconsistent sources, it stays quiet. Same underlying problem as map pack ranking. Different surface.

None of this is a separate service or a separate line item. It is how we do local SEO, and it is included at $500.

How it works

From handoff to first deliverable

Step 1 · 20 minutes

Fit call, 20 minutes

You tell us the client, the vertical, the market, and the budget. We tell you honestly whether local SEO will move the needle. Sometimes it will not, and we say so.

1
Step 2 · Day one

Onboarding and baseline scan start day one

No kickoff queue, no two-week wait. GBP health check, suspension risk assessment, citation audit, technical crawl, and the full baseline scan all begin the day you hand off access. That baseline covers map pack grid position, organic keyword rankings, and AI answer visibility. Every monthly report is measured against it, so progress or the lack of it is visible from month one. You get the baseline in writing before any work ships.

2
Step 3 · The heavy month

Month one build

The heavy month. Profile rebuild, 30 citations, schema, 4 pages, technical fixes. This is the month where nothing looks like it is happening and everything is happening. Set that expectation with your client before it starts.

3
Step 4 · Every month after

Ongoing execution

Fixed monthly calendar: 4 pages, 2 blog posts, 5 citations, 2 links, 4 GBP service posts, refreshed geo-grid plus organic and AI visibility scans. A press release goes out every quarter. You always know what shipped. Report lands by the 5th with your name on it.

4
Pricing

White label local SEO pricing

$500

per location, per month

No setup fee. No tiers. No add-on invoices.
Included every month:
  • Google Business Profile management, 4 service posts plus 2 offer posts when running
  • Organic keyword tracking and AI answer visibility monitoring on our own platform
  • 4 location or service pages
  • 2 authority links, DA 20+/30+/40+ mix, real sites only
  • Schema implementation
  • 13x13 geo-grid rank tracking, 169 points, 1-mile spacing
  • 5 citations, 30 in month one
  • 2 blog posts
  • 1 press release per quarter
  • Fully branded reporting

Minimum commitment: 180 days. Local search does not produce meaningful movement in 30 days, and any vendor promising it in 30 is selling you something else. After the initial term it is month to month, cancel any time, and every asset we built stays yours.

What we commit to

We do not promise rankings. Here is what we promise instead.

Google publishes guidance on hiring an SEO. It is unambiguous:

No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a ‘special relationship’ with Google, or advertise a ‘priority submit’ to Google.

An SEO audit should be about giving you realistic estimates of improvement, and an estimate of the work involved. If they guarantee you that their changes will give you first place in search results, find someone else.

Source: Google Search Central, “Do you need an SEO?”

We follow that guidance, and we would rather lose a deal than break it.

Google’s algorithm is private, it updates continuously, and your client’s competitors are working too. Any vendor promising a position in a system they do not control is either guessing, lying, or planning to use tactics that will eventually cost your client their profile.

So we do not sell you an outcome. We sell you the work, and we put real terms around the parts we actually control.

What we guarantee, in writing

1

The deliverable calendar ships, or the month is free.

Every month you get 4 location or service pages, 2 blog posts, 5 citations, 2 links, 4 GBP service posts, and a full refreshed scan. If we miss the agreed calendar in any month for reasons on our side, that month is not billed. No claim form, no argument. We apply the credit ourselves and flag it in your report.

This is a promise about our output, not Google’s. It is the only kind of guarantee that is honest, and it is the one nobody else in this category will put in writing.

2

Full measurement from day one, whether it flatters us or not.

We run a baseline scan before a single deliverable ships and hand it to you in writing. It records three things:

  • Map pack: how many of the 169 geo-grid points rank in the top 3 for the agreed target keywords
  • Organic: how many agreed tracked keywords rank in the top 10
  • AI answer visibility: how many of an agreed prompt list, built around the client’s target services and market, return an answer naming the business across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini

Every month you get the same three numbers from the same scan. Flat months get reported as flat months. Declines get reported as declines, with our read on why and what we are changing. You will never receive a report engineered to look like progress.

3

Total transparency on every action taken.

Every citation URL. Every link placement URL. Every page and post published. Every change made to the profile or the site. If you ask why we did something, you get a real answer from the person who did it, not an account manager reading a script.

4

No lock-in past the term, and you keep everything.

The commitment is 180 days because local search does not move meaningfully in less. After that it is month to month, cancel any time. Whenever you leave, every asset stays yours: pages, content, citations, links, profile optimizations, and the full data history. We do not hold work hostage and we do not claw anything back.

5

Realistic timelines, given before you sign.

At the fit call we tell you what we expect to move, roughly when, and how confident we are. A single-location dentist in a low-density suburb is a different forecast from a personal injury firm in a major metro. If we think local SEO is the wrong spend for that client, we say so and you keep your money.

What we will never do

We will never guarantee a position, claim a relationship with Google, promise “instant” or “priority” indexing, or tell you rankings are locked in. Every one of those appears on Google’s published list of warning signs, and any vendor using them is telling you something about themselves.

An honest note on measurement

Ranking data comes from third-party tools, including ours. Google does not evaluate or endorse third-party SEO tools, and no tool has access to Google’s internal ranking data. Ours is a consistent, repeatable measurement taken the same way every month, which is what makes month-over-month comparison meaningful. It is not a window into Google’s systems, and anyone who tells you their tool is “Google approved” is misleading you.

Margin math

What you charge, what you keep

Agencies typically bill our work at 2x to 3x. At 2.5x that is $1,250 per location per month, which sits comfortably inside a normal local SEO retainer.

Locations Your cost You bill at 2.5x Your monthly margin Annual margin
3 $1,500 $3,750 $2,250 $27,000
5 $2,500 $6,250 $3,750 $45,000
10 $5,000 $12,500 $7,500 $90,000
20 $10,000 $25,000 $15,000 $180,000

No hire. No training. No PTO, no laptop, no software stack, no one quitting in month five and taking the process with them.

Compare that to one in-house local SEO specialist at roughly $60,000 base plus $8,000 in tools, who realistically manages 8 to 12 accounts and needs six months to get good.

Track record

Nine years, one model

We started fulfilling local SEO for agencies in 2017. Since then we have worked with 20+ agency partners and currently manage hundreds of active local SEO campaigns on their behalf.

Agencies that started with us in 2019 are still with us today. In a category where partners churn every eight months, seven-year retention is the number worth paying attention to.

The work is done by a team of 20+ in-house specialists. Nothing is subcontracted, brokered, or passed to another agency. When you ask a technical question about your client’s campaign, it is answered by the person who did the work.

In nine years we have never sold local SEO directly to a business owner, never taken a partner’s client, and never changed the model.

What we can show you on a call:

  • Anonymized before-and-after geo-grid scans across the verticals you work in
  • The exact deliverable calendar and reporting template you would receive
  • A live account walkthrough, with the partner’s branding intact and identifying details removed

We do not publish named client case studies. Our partners sell this work as their own, and putting their client logos on our site would defeat the point.

BeforeAfter

Same market, same grid, same keywords — anonymized geo-grid scans

What we will not do

Things we refuse to do

Explicit relationships, not implied ones.

No emails, no calls, no LinkedIn. Your client does not know we exist. It is in the contract, not just on this page.

We will not take your client if they approach us.

Nine years, zero direct sales. If your client somehow finds us, we point them back to you.

We will not build spam citations.

Bulk auto-submitted directory blasts are how GBP listings get suspended. Every citation is manually submitted and we hand you the full URL list to verify.

We will not guarantee a ranking position.

Google’s published hiring guidance says plainly that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking and to walk away from anyone who claims otherwise. We follow that. We commit to the work, the measurement and the transparency, all of which we control. We do not commit to Google’s output, which nobody controls.

We will not resell your work to another vendor.

A team of 20+ specialists does the work in-house. Nothing is subcontracted, brokered, or passed to a third agency. You can speak to the person managing your account.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

White label local SEO is a service where one company performs local search optimization and a second company sells it to the end client under its own brand. The fulfillment provider stays invisible. The agency owns the client relationship, the pricing, and the reporting. White Label Local SEO has operated as a fulfillment provider for agencies under this model since 2017.

Ours is $500 per location per month, flat, with no setup fee and no tiers. Most agencies bill their clients 2x to 3x that. Everything included is published above, with no call required.

No. It is a contractual term, not a courtesy. In nine years we have never sold local SEO directly to a business, and the entire model depends on agencies trusting we will not start.

Yes. Reports are delivered as a branded PDF with your logo, colors, and sign-off, including the full 13×13 geo-grid visual. Nothing carries our name.

No, and we would encourage you to walk away from anyone who does. Google’s own hiring guidance states that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking and advises businesses to find someone else if a vendor promises first place. We follow that guidance. What we do commit to in writing is the deliverable calendar, honest measurement against a day-one baseline, full disclosure of every action taken, and no lock-in past the initial term.

You will know long before it becomes a crisis, because the same three metrics appear in every monthly report measured against the baseline from month one. Flat months get reported as flat. When something is not working we tell you what we are changing and why. And if we ever fail to ship the agreed deliverables in a month, that month is not billed.

That month is free. We apply the credit ourselves and note it in your report rather than waiting for you to catch it. That is a promise about our own output, which is the only kind of promise anyone in SEO can honestly make.

A geo-grid measures your client’s map pack ranking from 169 separate points across a 12 by 12 mile area, spaced one mile apart. A single ranking number tells you nothing about a service area business. The grid shows exactly which neighborhoods the client ranks in and which ones they do not, which is what actually determines call volume.

Yes, and it is included rather than sold separately. We track whether your client gets named in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini answers, and we build the campaign so they can be. The method is the same one that wins map packs: make the business a well-defined entity, state its relationships explicitly, and get those facts corroborated consistently across sources you do not control.

Both. Organic keyword tracking runs alongside the 13×13 geo-grid, and AI answer visibility alongside that. All three land in one branded report, because your client should not have to assemble three dashboards to understand whether their marketing is working.

On our own platform. We built it because stitching three subscriptions together produces three different reports on three different days measured three different ways. Map pack, organic and AI answer visibility all run on one system we own, which is also why the day-one baseline stays directly comparable to every scan after it.

Two per month, mixed authority, blending DA 20+, DA 30+ and DA 40+ placements, measured with Moz Domain Authority. Every one is on a real website with real traffic and a real audience. No PBNs and no sites built purely to sell links. You get the live URL on delivery, so you can verify each placement yourself rather than take our word for it.

Yes, one per quarter per client, written and distributed. We look for a real angle: a new location, a service launch, an award, community involvement, a notable hire. Syndicated pickup is reported back with the full URL list.

4 service posts a month, published weekly, plus 2 offer posts a month whenever the client has a live offer to promote.

Reinstatement handling is included. We run a suspension risk audit at onboarding specifically to prevent it, because most suspensions trace to something already wrong before we arrive: an ineligible address, a keyword-stuffed business name, or a service area that does not match reality.

Meaningful map pack movement typically takes 90 to 180 days, depending on market density and the profile’s starting state. A single-location dentist in a suburb moves faster than a personal injury lawyer in a major metro. We give you a realistic timeline for the specific market at the fit call, not a generic one.

Day one. The audit, GBP health check, citation audit, and baseline scan all begin the day you hand off access.

Any local vertical your agency sells to. Dentists, law firms, HVAC, plumbers, roofers, electricians, med spas, chiropractors, veterinarians, restaurants, gyms, auto shops, real estate, home services, professional services. The mechanics of local search are consistent across verticals. What changes is competitive density, review velocity, and which queries convert, and we adjust for that at onboarding rather than running a template.

Yes. Service area businesses have different constraints than storefronts, especially around address display and service radius. We handle both and flag which constraints apply at onboarding.

A team of 20+ specialists, all in-house. Nothing is subcontracted or brokered to another agency, which is the most common failure mode in white label SEO and the reason most partnerships collapse in month four.

180 days, because local search does not move meaningfully in less and we would rather set that expectation than pretend otherwise. After the initial term it is month to month, cancel any time, and everything we built stays yours.

No. Local search is the entire scope: GBP, geo-grid, organic and AI visibility tracking, citations, local pages, content, links, digital PR, and reporting. No paid ads, no web development, no national SEO campaigns. The narrow scope is why the fulfillment stays consistent after nine years.
