White Label Website Development for Local Service Businesses

We build one kind of website: the local service business site. Plumbers, dentists, HVAC companies, roofers, law firms, clinics. Built on WordPress, structured for local search from the first page, delivered under your agency’s brand.

$1,495 per site. 15 business days. Fixed scope, fixed price.

We are not a general development shop. We do not build web apps, marketplaces or ecommerce platforms. We build the site a local business needs to rank and convert, and we build it the same way every time. That is why the price is fixed and the timeline holds.

What is white label website development?

White label website development is an arrangement where one company builds a website and another company delivers it to the end client under its own brand. The agency owns the client relationship, the pricing and the presentation. The build partner stays invisible and never appears in front of the client.

For a marketing agency it means selling website projects without employing designers and developers, and without turning work down because your team is booked.

The problem

Most white label development partners build anything, which is the problem

Look at who else offers this. One partner lists WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Duda. Another has 120 developers available for whatever comes in. A third builds portals and web applications alongside brochure sites.

They are staffing companies with a website attached. You send a brief, it goes into a queue, and it gets built by whoever is free that week to whatever standard the brief happened to specify.

The site looks fine and ranks badly.

It was built to match a design, not to be found. No location page structure, no schema, service pages that target nothing, an H1 that says “Welcome.”

The scope moves.

Nine years, zero direct sales. If your client somehow finds us, we point them back to you.

Nobody understands the client’s business.

A plumber’s website has a different job from a dental practice’s, which is different again from a personal injury firm’s. A generalist builds all three the same way and calls the difference “the design.”

We only build local service business sites. That is a narrower business than our competitors run, and it is deliberate. It is why we can quote a fixed price, hold a fixed timeline, and hand you a site already structured to rank.

What you get

Included in every build

01

Pages

  • Up to 10 pages: home, about, contact, plus up to 7 service or location pages
  • Service page template built to target service plus city queries
  • Location page template ready to duplicate as your client expands
  • Contact page with click-to-call, embedded map and a working form
02

Content

  • Content writing is included. We write every page: home, about, service pages, location pages. Written for the client’s industry and market, not filled with placeholder copy you have to replace.

If your client already has copy they want to keep, or your team writes it, send it over and we will build to it. Either way the project does not stall waiting on words, which is what usually delays a website build.

03

Built for local search, not retrofitted afterwards

  • LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage schema implemented at build time
  • Correct heading structure, one H1 per page, targeted and specific
  • Business name, address and phone marked up consistently across every page
  • Internal linking between service and location pages already wired
  • Title tags and meta descriptions written per page, not templated
  • XML sitemap, robots.txt, Search Console and Analytics connected
04

Speed and technical

  • Core Web Vitals targeted at build, not patched later
  • Images compressed and served in modern formats
  • Mobile-first build, tested on real devices
  • SSL, caching and security hardening configured
05

Conversion basics

  • Phone number visible on every screen, click-to-call on mobile
  • Enquiry form with spam protection and email routing you control
  • Review section ready for the client’s Google reviews
  • Service area clearly stated for service-area businesses
06

Handover

  • Built on WordPress using Elementor or Bricks, your choice. Both are standard, both are editable by any competent team, and neither locks you or your client into anything proprietary.
  • Unbranded walkthrough video for your client
  • All logins, all access, no lock-in
  • 60 days of free maintenance after launch

Not included

Ecommerce, membership systems, booking integrations, custom applications and multi-language builds. We tell you at quote stage, not mid-project. If you need those, we are the wrong partner and we will say so.

Pricing

$1,495per site

Fixed scope, fixed price, 15 business days. Content included. No hourly billing, no change orders inside the agreed scope, no setup fee.

  • New build, up to 10 pages$1,495

One price either way. Content, schema and local SEO structure included.

The build
Maintenance, first 60 daysFree
Changes after 60 days$30 /hour
Custom design or functionality$30 /hour

Custom work is always quoted before we start.

After launch
How the number stays fixed

Same price for a rebuild as a new build.

Redesigns are usually quoted higher because the discovery is messier. We would rather keep one number you can quote from without calling us.

That includes moving off another page builder.

If your client’s existing site is on Divi, WPBakery, Wix, Squarespace or anything else, rebuilding it in Elementor or Bricks is part of the $1,495, not an extra.

Custom work is quoted before it starts, never during.

We estimate the hours at quote stage and you approve the number before anyone begins. You will never have to explain a mid-project cost increase to your client.

Why $95 and not a round number.

An extra service or location page takes about three hours: writing it, building it on the existing template, handling the on-page and schema, and checking it. Three hours at the $30 hourly rate above. If you supply the copy, the writing comes out and so does $30.

What a bigger site costs

That is also why extra pages cost less than the $149.50 average in the base package. Most of the $1,495 is work that happens once regardless of page count: design, WordPress setup, speed, security, schema templates, Search Console. Pages eleven onward do not repeat any of it.

Total pages Price Effective per page
10 $1,495 $149.50
20 $2,445 $122
30 $3,395 $113

What agencies bill this at

Flat-rate white label builds across the market run from roughly $500 for a commodity five-page site to $5,000 for custom work, and agencies commonly mark partner costs up 30% to 75%.

Your cost Bill at 2x Bill at 2.5x Bill at 3x
Per site $1,495 $2,990 $3,738 $4,485
Your margin   $1,495 $2,243 $2,990

A local business website at $3,000 to $4,500 sits squarely in the normal range. You are not asking your client for anything unusual.

The obvious next step

A site built to rank, then a campaign that ranks it

Most agencies sell a website and then have an awkward conversation three months later when the client asks why they are still not showing up on Google.

A new site does not rank on its own. It has no reviews, no citations, no links and no history. What a well-built site does is remove every technical reason it cannot rank, so the SEO work compounds instead of fighting the build. That is why we do this. Every site we build is structured for the local SEO campaign that should follow it.

Step one · The foundation

The website

$1,495 one-time

Schema, page architecture, speed and internal linking done at build time, so nothing about the site’s structure prevents it from ranking.

Step one · The foundation

The local SEO campaign

$500 per location/mo

Run by the same team that built the site. No handover, no discovery period, no second partner learning the account from scratch. When you are ready.

How it works

From brief to launch

You send the brief

A short form, not a discovery call

Client, industry, service area, services offered, brand assets. If they have an existing site, we audit what is worth keeping.

Fixed quote within 24 hours

Nothing discovered halfway through

$1,495 if it is a standard local service build or rebuild, including moving the site off another page builder. If anything falls outside that, we tell you exactly what and estimate the hours before anyone commits.

Content and design

Two rounds of revisions included

We write the copy and build the homepage plus one inner page for your approval. If you are supplying content, this is where it comes in.

Build

Tested on real devices

Full site built in Elementor or Bricks, schema implemented, speed optimized.

Handover

60 days of free maintenance

Staging link for your review, then launch on your client’s hosting or ours. All logins to you. Unbranded walkthrough video for your client.

Total: 15 business days from approved brief.

What we will not do

Five refusals, in writing

We will not contact your client.

No emails, no calls, no name in the footer, no credit link. It is a contractual term.

We will not take your client.

We work with agencies only.

We will not accept a project we cannot deliver at a fixed price.

If a brief needs ecommerce, custom functionality or an integration we do not support, we say so at quote stage. A partner who says yes to everything is how fixed prices become change orders.

We will not build outside local service businesses.

No SaaS, no marketplaces, no web apps, no ecommerce. The narrow scope is why the price and the timeline hold.

We will not claim the site will rank on its own.

A new website has no reviews, no citations and no links. It is the foundation, not the campaign. Anyone telling you a fresh build ranks by itself is selling you something.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

An arrangement where one company builds a website and another delivers it to the end client under its own brand. The agency owns the client relationship, the pricing and the presentation. The build partner never appears in front of the client.

Ours is $1,495 per site, fixed scope, fixed price, content included. Across the market, flat-rate white label builds run from roughly $500 for a basic five-page site to $5,000 or more for custom work, and agencies commonly mark partner costs up 30% to 75%.

15 business days from an approved brief. That holds because we build one type of site and decline projects that fall outside it.

WordPress, using Elementor or Bricks. Your choice. Both are widely used and editable by any competent team. We do not use proprietary builders that lock you or your client in.

No. Local service business websites on WordPress only. Other partners will take any project on any platform. That is a different business, and it is why their prices are quotes rather than numbers.

Yes. We write every page: home, about, services, locations. If your client has existing copy they want to keep, or your team prefers to write it, send it and we will build to it. Content is the most common reason website projects stall, so we remove it as a dependency.

Both, at the same $1,495 for up to 10 pages. We audit the existing site first and tell you what is worth keeping.

Yes, and rebuilding it in Elementor or Bricks is included in the $1,495. Migrating off a builder your team cannot maintain is one of the most common reasons agencies come to us.

We estimate the hours at quote stage and you approve the number before we start. It is billed at $30 per hour on top of the build price. What will not happen is a cost appearing mid-project. If we cannot scope it up front, we tell you that instead of starting and finding out later.

No. No footer credit, no branding, no contact from us at any point. The walkthrough video we produce for your client is unbranded. Confidentiality is a contractual term, not a courtesy.

60 days of maintenance included at no charge: fixes, small changes, anything that breaks. After that, changes are billed at $30 per hour.

$95 per additional page with the content written by us, or $65 if you supply the copy. That is three hours of work at our hourly rate, which is less than the per-page cost inside the base package because the setup, design and technical work only happen once.

The site will be built so that nothing about its structure prevents it from ranking: schema, headings, page architecture, speed, internal linking. Ranking itself requires reviews, citations, links and time, which is what a local SEO campaign does. Any developer telling you a new build ranks on its own is overselling.

Client name, industry, service area, list of services, and any brand assets. That is it. We handle the content unless you would rather supply it.

Send us one brief

Send a real client brief and we will come back within 24 hours with a fixed quote and a delivery date. If it is a standard local service build or rebuild, that quote is $1,495.

No retainer, no minimum volume, no partnership agreement to sign before your first project.
