The mechanics

How we work with agency partners

You send us a client. We run the local SEO under your brand and report to you.
Your client never learns we exist.

This page covers the mechanics: who you talk to, what happens in the first 30 days, how the work gets checked before it reaches you, and what lands in your inbox every month.

Who you talk to

One named person, not a ticket queue

You get a named partner success manager. Pankaj Kumar or Gayatri Adhikari, assigned at onboarding and unchanged unless you ask. When you have a question about an account, you ask one person who already knows it.

They own three things
Your day to day communication
Everything we send you
The final check on work before it leaves us

There is no ticket queue and no shared inbox.

Behind them, Aman Dhiman directs the local SEO work and Harminder Singh leads development. You can reach either when a question needs them, though most of the time you will not need to.

Onboarding

The first 30 days

Week one

NDA, access, baseline

We sign the NDA before we touch anything. You fill in one intake form per client covering services, cities, licenses, service radius, and what makes them different. We collect access to the Business Profile, the website, Search Console and Analytics.

Then we set the baseline: a 13 by 13 geo-grid across 169 points, organic keyword positions, and AI answer visibility, plus a suspension prevention audit on the Business Profile. That baseline is the number every later month is measured against, so it goes in before we change anything.

Week two

Audit, optimization, strategy

Technical audit of the website covering crawl, index and Core Web Vitals. Full Business Profile optimization across categories, services, attributes, description and products.

You get the strategy document: what we found, what we are doing, in what order, and what we expect to move first.

Weeks three and four

The build begins

Thirty citations built manually across core and niche directories. First service posts published. First pages drafted. Any critical website fixes we found in the audit.

Your first full report arrivesby the 5th of the following month.

The rhythm

What happens every month

Five workstreams run in parallel.

Workstream 01

Google Business Profile management

Four service posts a month, two offer posts when there is something live to promote, photo uploads, Q&A monitoring, and review responses drafted for your approval. Plus the address display decision, which is the judgement call that carries the most risk on a service area business.

Workstream 02

Citations and listings

Five new citations a month after the first thirty, NAP auditing, duplicate removal requests, and data aggregator submissions. You get the URL list, so you can verify every placement yourself.

Workstream 03

Local link acquisition

Two links a month across a mix of DA 20+, DA 30+ and DA 40+ placements, measured with Moz. Real sites with real traffic. No PBNs and no sites built to sell links. Live URLs delivered on placement.

Workstream 04

Service and city pages

Four pages a month, built as a matrix rather than a list, so the pages do not compete with each other. This is the workstream that wins the cities your client’s Business Profile cannot reach.

Workstream 05

Tracking and reporting

Map pack, organic rankings and AI answer visibility all run on our own platform, which is why they arrive in one branded PDF by the 5th rather than as three exports from three tools measured three different ways. It is also why the baseline we set in week one stays directly comparable to every scan after it.

Website work sits alongside these.

Small fixes are handled inside the retainer. Larger jobs go through white label website development.

Who you talk to

How we stay invisible

We sign an NDA before onboarding starts. If you need us on a call with your client, we join as your team, introduced by you, using your email domain.

We work under alias accounts inside your project management tool, using your naming conventions. Our name appears nowhere in the code, the commit history, the documentation, the handover files, or the reporting.

Reports come to you, branded as yours, for you to send on. We never contact your client, and we never negotiate scope with them. If your client has opinions, you decide which ones become work.

Quality control

How the work gets checked

Nothing reaches you without passing two people.

Gate one
The senior strategist

Sachin or Manmeet Singh checks that the strategy is right and the work is correct for that client and that trade.

Gate two
Partner success

Pankaj or Gayatri checks that it is presentable, matches your brand standards, and matches what we told you we would do.

Aman only sees escalations. That structure exists so seven people across two pods produce consistent work instead of seven versions of it, which is the failure mode most white label shops never solve.

In writing

What we commit to

The monthly deliverables ship, or the month is free.

Four service posts a month, two offer posts when there is something live to promote, photo uploads, Q&A monitoring, and review responses drafted for your approval. Plus the address display decision, which is the judgement call that carries the most risk on a service area business.

We do not promise rankings.

Google’s own hiring guidance states that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking and advises walking away from anyone who claims otherwise. We agree with it. What we commit to is the work, the measurement and the disclosure, all of which we control.

Flat months are reported as flat months.

Same baseline, same measurement, every month. When something goes backwards we say so, tell you what we think caused it, and tell you what we are changing.

Availability

Working hours and response times

We cover the full US business day, in all four time zones.

Your time zone We are available
Eastern 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Central 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Mountain 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pacific 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Monday to Friday. Whether you are in Boston or San Diego, you are reaching us inside your own working day, not sending a message that sits until tomorrow.

We respond to partner messages within [4] working hours, and usually much faster.

If you have not heard back inside that window, escalate directly to Aman Dhiman, our Director of SEO, at [direct email or number]. You should not have to chase us twice, and you should not have to wonder who to chase.

Urgent items are handled outside those hours.

A suspended Business Profile, a site outage, or anything actively costing your client money right now does not wait for the next working day.

Most offshore fulfillment partners answer overnight, which means every question costs you a day and your client waits two. That is the single most common reason agencies stop using them. Covering the full US day is a staffing decision we made specifically to avoid it.

The bad days

When something goes wrong

Profile suspensions, ranking drops and site outages happen in this work. What matters is what happens next.

You message your partner success manager. They tell you what we know, what we are doing, and when you will hear again. If it is a suspension, reinstatement handling is already inside your retainer at no extra cost.

We tell you when we cause a problem. You will hear it from us before you hear it from your client.

Start with one client

Give us the account you are least confident about. That is the one where you will learn the most about whether this works.
