The Team Your Clients Will Never Meet
We have been fulfilling local SEO for agencies since 2017. In that time we have never sold local SEO directly to a business owner, never taken a partner’s client, and never brokered a project out to a third party. Everything is done by the 21 people below, in-house.
A large share of “white label” companies in this category are intermediaries. You send a brief, they forward it, and the person doing the work is two companies away from the conversation. It is why technical questions take three days to answer and why quality drifts from one month to the next.
When you ask us why your client’s grid went flat in one neighborhood, the answer comes from the person who worked on it.

Two pods, one standard
Local SEO delivery runs in two pods. Each has a senior strategist who owns the accounts in it, supported by specialists who do the work.
One pod, one senior strategist
Your accounts sit in one pod with one senior strategist. They run the onboarding audit, set the strategy, and sign off the work. You are not handed to whoever happens to be free that week.
A director who owns the playbook, not your tasks
Our Director of SEO owns the playbook, the standards every pod works to, and the difficult calls: address display decisions for service area businesses, suspension risk judgments, when to change direction on an account that is not moving. He is not in your account day to day, and that is deliberate. A director reviewing every task is a bottleneck, not a quality system.
Links and citations: one accountable specialist
Links and citations sit with one dedicated specialist rather than being split across the team. This is the part of local SEO most vulnerable to sloppy execution, because bulk-submitted citations and low-quality links are how Google Business Profiles get suspended. It belongs with one person who is accountable for it.
Nothing reaches you without passing two gates
Every deliverable clears two separate checks before it arrives with you.
Is the strategy right and is the work correct?
Signed off by the senior strategist in your pod. This gate catches substance: wrong keyword targets, weak page structure, citations submitted under the wrong category, schema that does not validate.
Is this presentable, on-brand, and does it match what we promised you?
Signed off by your Partner Success Manager. This gate catches everything the first one is not looking for. Does the report read clearly to a business owner. Is your branding applied correctly. Does the deliverable match what was agreed for that month.
The two gates check different things on purpose. A strategist reviewing their own work for presentation quality is marking their own homework. Gate 2 is not a second SEO review. It is the check that this is something you can forward to your client without editing it first.
Three developers whose only job is fixing what the SEO team finds
Most SEO providers produce recommendations. Somebody else has to implement them, and usually nobody does. The list sits in a PDF, the agency cannot find a developer, and six months later nothing has changed.
We run a dedicated SEO Engineering function under a Director of Engineering, staffed by three developers whose full-time job is executing what the SEO team identifies: technical fixes, service and city page builds at scale, Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, migrations.
A separate builds team handles full website projects for partners. See white label website development →
The practical difference: when your client’s site needs 14 city pages built, or Core Web Vitals fixed, or schema implemented across a template, that is a ticket to a developer who already knows the account. Not a recommendation that becomes your problem.
Content runs as a pipeline, not a request queue
Strategists do not send free-form requests to writers. Every piece of content begins as a structured brief in a fixed format: target query, page type, entity and location detail, internal links, and what the page has to accomplish. Our Content Lead enforces the format before anything is written, and edits everything before it ships.
That sounds bureaucratic. It is the reason service and location pages come back consistent instead of varying by whoever wrote them, and it is why the monthly page and post counts we publish are numbers we actually hit.
Who you actually talk to
Your Partner Success Manager is your day-to-day contact, and they own two things beyond the relationship itself.
One reporting standard.
Every report follows one template and one standard, because that report carries your logo to your client. Multiple people producing multiple formats is a trust problem for you, not just an inconvenience for us. Your report is designed, not exported.
The final gate.
Nothing reaches you until Partner Success has checked it against the standard. They are the last people to look at your work before you do.
Twenty-one people, all in-house
No subcontractors, no freelance bench, nobody you cannot reach.

What we do not do
We work with agencies only.
We have never sold local SEO directly to a business owner.
We do not subcontract.
Every person named on this page is in-house.
We do not contact your clients.
Ever, for any reason.
We do not guarantee rankings.
Google’s own hiring guidance states that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking and advises businesses to walk away from anyone who claims otherwise. We agree. What we do commit to is set out on the homepage.
We do not work outside local search.
No paid ads, no national SEO, no ecommerce, no custom applications.
Talk to the people who would run your accounts
Book a 30-minute fit call. Bring one client and one market. You will speak to the senior strategist who would own the account, not a salesperson working from a deck.
